It’s all about the location! In total the Coral Ridge Haven features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 2 additional pull out sofas (trundle beds) located throughout the house, which can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably.
Each room features cable TV, with WiFi internet located throughout the entire house. Also, there is room for parking 5 cars off the street, 2 of which can park in the private garage.
In the backyard, you can enjoy your private heated pool that features a cascading waterfall. There are also two back patios, one with a dining table with 8 chairs along with a BBQ and the other with four loungers and two chairs for sunbathing.
Should you prefer to retreat from nature somewhat you can utilize the screened-in porch with outdoor sectional sofa where you can sit back and enjoy nature’s tranquility in comfort.
At “Coral Ridge Haven” we have provided all the amenities needed for an unforgettable vacation. A fully furnished kitchen and towels / linens, BBQ, beach chairs & outdoor patio furniture allows you all the bells and whistles of a resort, but in your own private residence.
Smoking is permitted ONLY OUTSIDE in designated smoking areas. Under no circumstance is smoking permitted in the residence.

Neighborhood
Fort Lauderdale’s nightlife and beach-front restaurants are located a few blocks away, with downtown Fort Lauderdale/Las Olas Boulevard stores, boutiques, nightlife, and high-end restaurants only a $5 taxi or Uber ride away.
Boating/fishing excursions, jet skiing, and parasailing are all offered nearby on Fort Lauderdale Beach. The port for the major cruise lines out of Fort Lauderdale is a 10 minute drive while Fort Lauderdale International Airport is a short 15 minute drive from the house.
Getting around
Lyft, Uber, Cabs, private car service and the famous water taxis are available if you decide not to rent a car during your stay. There is ample parking for 5 cars at the home, including 2 in the secure garage.
