Off street parking for 5 cars, including 2 garage spaces.

Outside you will be treated with the beautiful views of the lagoon of Birch State Park and frontal ocean views of the Atlantic. In the backyard, enjoy your private pool (heated for additional fee of $200) that features a cascading waterfall and soaking tub. The screened porch, gazebo and spacious deck area allow you to sit back and enjoy nature’s tranquility while still living the beach lifestyle. The house comes with a mosquito repellent system that automatically sprays three times a day so you are truly able to enjoy nature.

A fully furnished kitchen, BBQ, beach chairs & outdoor patio furniture, canoes, towels / linens – all allow you the bells and whistles of a tropical resort from the comfort of your private residence!

Located on a private cul-de-sac, the backyard of this Mediterranean bungalow overlooks the tranquil preserve Birch State Park while the beach is literally 100 yards away from the front door.

Fort Lauderdale’s nightlife and beach-front restaurants are located a few blocks away, with downtown Fort Lauderdale/Las Olas Boulevard stores, boutiques, nightlife, and high-end restaurants only a $5 taxi or Uber ride away. We are located perfectly close to everything; 2 miles from Los Olas blvd, 1.2 miles from Galleria mall, 1 mile from Target, 1.2 miles from Publix grocery.

Boating/fishing excursions, jet skiing, and parasailing are all offered nearby on Fort Lauderdale Beach. The port for the major cruise lines out of Fort Lauderdale is a 10 minute drive while Fort Lauderdale International Airport is a short 15 minute drive from the home.
